Legal Disclaimer

The information on Bond County Busted Mugshots is general reference material for locating Bond County, Illinois arrest, jail, court, and corrections resources. It names the Bond County Sheriff’s Office under Josh Hill, Bond County Jail, the Bond County Circuit Clerk, and the Illinois Department of Corrections as separate record systems. This is a private reference service, not a government office, and it is not affiliated with any Sheriff, police department, jail, court, or corrections department.

Bond County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information on these pages and in any linked third-party tool may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Accuracy and Timing

Government offices can change phone numbers, addresses, fees, hours, page locations, and record status without notice. A jail or court page can also update after a delay. No guarantee is made that every detail here is current or complete. Call the originating office before visiting, sending money, or relying on a custody statement.

Not Legal Advice

Nothing on these pages is legal advice. A general explanation cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney who can review a particular arrest, warrant, court case, expungement question, or correction request.

Outside Search Tools

Some pages include search boxes operated by third-party providers. Bond County Busted Mugshots does not control what those providers return, what they charge, how they handle submitted data, or whether a result is complete.

Outbound Sources

Links may lead to county jail and court resources, booking and custody tools, Sheriff and police pages, state or federal locators, newspaper archives, and other reference services. Bond County Busted Mugshots is not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, security, or availability.

No Records Are Hosted Here

These pages do not host a jail roster, booking photograph, mugshot gallery, arrest record, or court record. They point to the Bond County Sheriff, the county directory, the Circuit Clerk, the Illinois Department of Corrections, or another issuing office that may hold one. To confirm custody or obtain a record or photo, request it from the office that actually maintains the record.

Illinois’ 5 ILCS 160/4a uses “when and if available” language for an arrest photograph in the covered release framework. That does not require Bond County to publish a live gallery or every photo. Juvenile protections, redactions, investigative limits, and the identity of the record custodian can affect what is released.

A booking entry or arrest story reports an accusation. It is not a conviction, and a person is presumed innocent unless and until a court determines otherwise. Charges can change, be dismissed, or be resolved in another way.
