Bond County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or pull an official booking record. Those questions must go to the Sheriff, the arresting police department, the court, or the corrections agency that holds the record.

Finding the Right Records Office

Use the office that created or maintains the record. Ask for an existing record, give a useful name and date range, and request a booking photograph only if one exists and is releasable. A response may include a release, redaction, denial, or a direction to another custodian.

No separate Sheriff records-unit line was published. Use the main line for routine jail and county records routing.

  • County booking or jail record: Start with the Bond County Sheriff. The county’s FOIA form accepts a record description, date, delivery choice, and format. The county FOIA guide lists jail population reports and officers’ reports of arrest among Sheriff-maintained categories. Send county FOIA questions to foiarequest@bondcountyil.gov, mail them to FOIA Request / Colleen Camp, Bond County Treasurer, 206 W. Main St., Greenville, IL 62246, fax 618-690-2295, or deliver them at the Bond County Annex, Treasurer’s Office.
  • Greenville Police record: Use the Greenville Police Department for its 618-664-2131 non-emergency route. The Greenville FOIA page names Beth Tomaschke and Michelle Liggett, lists 404 S. Third Street, Greenville, IL 62246, inquiry@greenvilleillinois.com, and 618-664-1644. Requests may be sent by letter, phone, fax, email, or online form. The routine maximum is five business days, subject to statutory extensions. The first 50 pages are free, then $0.15 per page.
  • Pocahontas Police record: The Pocahontas government page identifies Chief Jeremiah Schultz and Officer Rob Kenny. Route a request through the Village Clerk FOIA page at 101 W. Kavanaugh Street, P.O. Box 275, Pocahontas, IL 62275, pokeyvillage@gmail.com, or 618-669-2431. Office hours listed on the contact page are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No separate police fee schedule or local response window is published.
  • Mulberry Grove Police record: Use the Mulberry Grove FOIA instructions and ask Village Hall to route the request to the police records custodian. Send a signed written request marked FOIA to 205 N. Wood Street, P.O. Box 8, Mulberry Grove, IL 62262, or clerk@mulberrygroveil.org. Village Hall is at 205 N. Wood Street, phone 618-326-8815, with hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The first 50 black-and-white letter or legal pages are free, then $0.15 per page; color or abnormal copies may cost the actual copy charge.
  • Court case or disposition: Use the Illinois Courts Bond County directory for the Circuit Clerk at 200 W. College Ave., Greenville, IL 62246, 618-664-3208, CircuitClerk@bondcountyil.com. The official clerk application is at circuitclerk.bondcountyil.gov. Judici may provide a vendor search, but it is not the court and showed a CAPTCHA during the research sweep.
  • State custody or parole: Use the Illinois Department of Corrections Individual in Custody Search. IDOC answers state-prison and parole questions, not a recent Bond County Jail booking. IDOC’s public number is 217-558-2200.
  • Federal or immigration custody: Use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator, the U.S. Marshals prisoner information, or the ICE Online Detainee Locator when the custody question is actually federal or immigration-related. These systems do not provide a Bond County booking-photo roster.

For the full lookup sequence, including the difference between just booked, released, state, federal, court, news, and third-party records, use the Bond County records page. A phone answer or online story should be dated and verified with the originating office before it is relied on.
